Quinton Narkle

Best game in win

May 22, 2021
Narkle logged one behind to go with 34 disposals (14 kicks, 20 handballs) and made eight marks during Saturday's 91-57 win over Gold Coast.
ANALYSIS
Narkle is mostly a fringe option in midfield, but put up one of his best games as a member of Geelong to help his club to the win. If his value doesn't rise too much, it could be worth taking a gamble with Narkle going forward, though it's worth making sure he'll take on an increased role in the side and doesn't remain as a rotation player.

Takes field in scratch match
MGeelong Cats
August 13, 2020
Narkle (hamstring/illness) took part in the team's reserves match last weekend, Mitch Cleary of the AFL's official site reports.
ANALYSIS
While Narkle isn't an inclusion in Round 12, it at least appears he's available for the Cats moving forward. The midfielder averaged 14 disposals, 4.3 tackles and 2.3 marks in his four full games this season, leaving him in consideration for daily fantasy purposes when included.

July 14, 2020
Narkle's hamstring injury suffered Saturday versus Brisbane is considered rather severe and will force him to miss the next 3-to-4 weeks, Mitch Cleary of the AFL's official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Narkle left early in the tilt, finishing the night with just one disposal and one tackle. He hasn't been a key component most of the season for the Cats but did have a breakout showing versus Hawthorn in Round 2. Narkle faces a significant road to recovery before a return to action is back on the table.
Suffers hamstring injury in win

Hamstring
July 9, 2020
Narkle left Thursday's win over Brisbane with an injured hamstring and did not return.
ANALYSIS
Narkle, like Mitchell Duncan, had to leave with a hammy issue early in the contest and wasn't allowed to return. Both players are believed to have only minor strains, so they'll continue with the traveling squad to the next hub and should have reasonable chances to play. Narkle will still have to wait for further scans just to verify his status ahead of Round Seven against Collingwood.
