ANALYSIS
No word of an injury has surfaced here, but the 6-10 center who started 33 games this year for the Purple Aces has not appeared in either CBI game. This has allowed freshman Joshua Hughes to start and see extended run. It's unclear if this was a simple opt-out for Toumi (the Aces are now eliminated), or if a move to the portal is potentially coming. There would presumably be some interest for his final year of eligibility after he posted averages of 10.8 ppg and 6.5 rpg with Evansville this year -- both career highs.
